Room rates
Our rates vary depending on the dates and availability.
For the most accurate and up-to-date rates, please enter your dates and number of guests in our booking system. All rates are shown directly in the booking process before confirmation.
Extra beds
Available in the Duplex and Junior Suite apartments
Adult, 40€ per person per night
Children 4/12 years old 25€ per person per night
Maximum number of additional beds per apartment = 1, on request and subject to confirmation
Free for children under the age of 4
Cribs on request and subject to confirmation at no additional cost
Pets
On request and subject to confirmation at no additional cost
Check in/out
Check in from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Check in after 7.00 pm is possible but subject to notification, at no additional costs
Check out by 11:00 am
Breakfast
The guest can choose whether to add breakfast during the booking process or on site, at a cost of 15€ per person per day. Free for children under 3 years old, 10€ for children aged 4 to 12. The buffet breakfast is served from 8:00 am until 11:00 am.
Entire property bookings & groups
Bookings for the entire property or for groups are subject to prior confirmation by Mangiabove.
Please contact us before making your reservation so that we can confirm availability, booking conditions and the suitability of the accommodation for your group.
Any reservation made online for the entire property or for a group is considered provisional until confirmed by Mangiabove.
The prices
Include: VAT 10%, use of electricity, water, gas, air conditioner, heating, complimentary products, change of bed sheets, bath towels and cleaning every three days. On request, cleaning, bed sheets and bath towels can be changed daily, €5 extra per person.
Do not include: 3€ city tax per person per night.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival
The guest pays 50% of the total cost if canceled within 14 days before arrival
If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation
